We welcome back Rob Newton, BASC Regional Officer for Yorkshire and North East, who will host this special evening with an inspired dinner menu, where game is the star ingredient.
Arrive for 6.30pm for reception drinks and canapés, followed by a special four-course dinner menu created by Head Chef Ashley Binder.
Experience the best of local game in a menu carefully designed for the enjoyment of the 'converted' and the 'non-converted' game gourmet, with selected wines paired to accompany the menu.
Price: £139.00 per person; Middlethorpe Spa Member and BASC Members £118.15
Dress code: Lounge suit.
