The above rates are inclusive of accommodation, cooked Yorkshire breakfast served in the dining room, use of the Middlethorpe Spa facitlities, complimentary overnight parking, Wi-Fi, and VAT.

The Cottage Suites comprise two suites, one on the ground floor with queen bed, sitting room, kitchenette. The second suite on the first floor has one queen and one single bedroom, sitting room and kitchenette. These can be interconnected. 

The Garden Suite is on the ground floor and has one king/twin and one single bedroom, sitting/dining room and kitchen.
