Pastry Demi-Chef de Partie
To work alongside Paul Harrison, our long-standing Pastry Chef, and responsible to create high quality puddings, breads, ice-cream and sorbets, following recipes and presentations in order to maintain quality standards and consistency of product.
To maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry and bakery section.
*Good knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert, cake decorating;
*Good communication and interpersonal skills;
*Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings;
At least one year experience cooking in the pastry section of a similar restaurant.
