We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and passionate Hall Porter/Concierge to join our Front of House team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and passionate Hall Porter/Concierge to join our Front of House team.

The position involves:

  • welcoming guests;
  • carrying their luggage to and from their room;
  • arranging various services, such as taxis and restaurant bookings;
  • advising them on the places to visit in and around the City of York;
  • keeping the public rooms clean and tidy;
  • supporting other departments, such as reception and the food and beverage team.

To be successful in this role, the person is required to work shifts, be a team player and to provide excellent customer service and ensure that hotel operations run smoothly.
