Celebrate 2009 in style at Middlethorpe Hall & Spa

Are you struggling to come up with something fantastic for the New Year? Well look no further as Middlethorpe Hall & Spa could be the answer you’re looking for.  Celebrate the New Year in style by staying in one of the country’s best historic country house hotels on the outskirts of York.

On New Year’s you will be greeted with afternoon tea and you can also take this time to pamper yourself at the boutique Spa. Start your evening with Champagne and canapés before settling down to a fantastic black tie six course dinner especially designed by Middlethorpe Hall’s Head Chef. Let 2009 start with a bang with dazzling fireworks and dancing into the small hours with the help of a live Jazz band. A consommé and sandwiches will also be served around 1am.

New Year’s Day will start with a Bloody Mary Brunch which we’re sure will help a few tender heads!

Once the home of the famous 18th century feminist and diarist, Lady Mary Wortley Montagu, the Hotel stands in 20 acres of its own award-winning parkland and gardens, and is only a short drive from York City centre.
