Middlethorpe Hall can help you plan an event, meeting or conference specific to your needs, number of delegates and goals. Conference facility packages range from standard delegate rate pricing structures, to custom developed events spanning all of our facilities.

Please note that all our bedrooms and function rooms offer Wi-Fi connections!

Day Delegate Rate inclusive of: from £60.00 inclusive of service and VAT

•  Main meeting room hire
•  Mid-morning tea/coffee and home-made biscuits
•  Two course luncheon
•  Mid-Afternoon tea/coffee and home-made biscuits
•  Notepads and pencils
•  Still and sparkling mineral water
•  Mints
•  Audio-visual equipment (Flipchart, Overhead projector and screen)
•  Use of Middlethorpe Spa (indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, steam sauna and gym)



24-hour residential rate inclusive of: from £190 inclusive of service and VAT

•  Overnight accommodation in single bedrooms
•  Full English breakfast
•  Main meeting room hire
•  Mid-morning tea/coffee and home-made biscuits
•  Two course luncheon
•  Mid-Afternoon tea/coffee and home-made biscuits
•  Three-course dinner including coffee
•  Notepads and pencils
•  Still and sparkling mineral water
•  Mints
•  Audio-visual equipment (Flipchart, Overhead projector and screen)
•  Use of Middlethorpe Spa (indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, steam sauna and gym)



We welcome accompanying partners, to whom we can offer the special rate of £75.00 per person per night for a shared room including breakfast.

•  Rates apply for parties of 8 or more people and are inclusive of service and VAT at 17.5%.
•  The residential delegate rate applies Sunday to Thursday inclusive.
•  Upgrade to luxury accommodation is available at a supplement.
•  Wi-Fi is charged at £5 for 24h, or multiple connection at £75.
•  Suggested menus for both luncheon and dinner are available upon request, from which a set menu for all should be chosen. Private dining room are allocated when available, to suit the number of delegate, at no extra charge.



Room Hire Charges:

THE BARLOW ROOM £395.00 per day
This self-contained purpose-built meeting room is fifty yards from the main house and is ideal for conferences and meetings. It has Wi-Fi connections, three-phase wiring, central floor mounted plug sockets, blackout facilities, full ventilation, TV areals and dimmer on all lights. A dividing wall gives flexibility to the room which can take up to 45 people in comfort. *excluding VAT

THE BOARDROOM £195.00 per day
Located in the main house and overlooking the south lawn, the boardroom seat 10 in comfort It has its own adjoining sitting room furnished with soft armchair and open fire.
It has Wi-Fi internet connections.

SYNDICATE ROOMS £125.00 per day
There are also 8 suites at Middlethorpe, with their own sitting rooms which are easily converted into interview or syndicate rooms.

We are pleased to offer a wide range of audio-visual equipment and secretarial services, for which prior notice is required.
