•	Room rate per night.
•	Room rates include early morning tea, continental breakfast, full use of Middlethorpe Spa and complimentary parking.
•	Our tariffs are all inclusive. Guests need not pay extra for service unless they wish to.
•	Cooked breakfast supplement: £6.95 per person.
•	Wi-Fi internet connection is charged at £5 for 24h.

House Rules

•	Middlethorpe Hall & Spa has adopted a non-smoking policy thoughout.
•	Rooms are available for guests' arrival from 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. Should guests require late departure, please contact a member of our Reception staff who will endeavour to make the necessary arrangements, subject to availability.
•	We welcome children over the age of six years at Middlethorpe Hall, and eight years at the Spa.
•	Children of residents, between the ages of 8 and 16, may use the Spa between the hours of 9am to 10am and 4pm to 5pm, when accompanied by an adult.
•	Restaurant Dress Code: Smart please, although jacket & tie are not required; trainers, tracksuits and shorts are not acceptable.
•	It may be helpful for guests wishing to settle their accounts with the hotel to use a credit card. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

Booking Conditions
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Middlethorpe Hall. Any reservation cancelled within forty-eight hours of arrival is liable to be charged for, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation to another guest. Historic House reserves the right to alter rates without prior notice. Break rates are only applicable if pre-booked directly with the hotel.
